By accessing and using Ordereasey ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Vendor Obligations
Vendors acting on the Platform are responsible for the accuracy of their store details, product descriptions, pricing, and fulfillment of orders. Ordereasey serves as a medium connecting buyers to sellers via WhatsApp and does not physically verify, produce, or deliver the items sold.
- You must hold all necessary licenses and permits required to sell your products.
- You agree to provide accurate business information and clear images.
- You will not use the platform to sell illegal, prohibited, or restricted items.
3. Fees and Commissions
Currently, Ordereasey operates on a zero (0%) commission model. Sellers keep 100% of the profits from their sales. We may introduce premium features in the future, which will be strictly opt-in and clearly communicated before any charges are incurred.
4. Disclaimers
Our platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that our platform will always be safe, secure, or error-free, or that it will function without disruptions, delays, or imperfections. Ordereasey is not liable for failed deliveries, product quality, or direct disputes between sellers and buyers.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms will be handled exclusively by the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
6. Platform Role
OrderEasey operates as a technology platform that connects customers with independent vendors. OrderEasey does not manufacture, store, or deliver products listed by vendors.
All product listings, pricing, order fulfillment, and customer support related to products are the responsibility of the respective vendors.
7. WhatsApp Communication
OrderEasey enables order communication through WhatsApp. By using the platform, users acknowledge that order conversations may take place through WhatsApp messaging.
OrderEasey does not control or monitor the content of conversations between customers and vendors.
